Well, its still about a bajillion bugs less then most wRPG's i've played.

you cant really go out and find too many bugs when all you do is sit there watching cut-scene after cut-scene
this further proves how linear the game is, he's only jumping back and forth one direction.
Why don't you guys play it, and THEN AFTER THAT you make your own opinion about the game. You know, you should not belive other peoples words so easily.
Plus, as a programmer, BUGS like endless jumps will exist in ALL KINDS OF SOFTWARE that has been created or currently under development. Nothing is perfect, no one is.

Actually it really is linear. You get some freedom on chapter 11 but then back to running in a straight line from one enemy to the next watching movies and fighting bosses along the way. There are 13 chapters total btw. And that video is not a bug, your companions follow you around and that is just part of the pathing, won't break the game or anything.
Anon 15:43.. I've done framing.. And trust me, NO house is perfect when it's built. There is always something that has been fubarred and then repaired in some half ass manner to make it seem legit. He is right.. Nothing is perfect.
There's plenty of gameplay videos online, read a few reviews and I've even watched part of a compete play-through.

I also think it looks fun to break out a little from running through the game's straight line.
the game is a linear rpg so is natural that the bug occurs from back to front and vice versa.
In Final Bugstasy XIII, even the bugs are boring.

In the "International Edition", instead of more characters, they will add more directions and a compass. Also more clothes, but that is a givin.

erm... not to sound like a prick, but... this looks like looped footage. notice the jumps at some points where the monkey disappears and the frame lags. it's expertly done, but is this even news?

One good thing about having to wait longer for FFXIII than Japs is that they get to beta test the thing. Less bugsies for us.
