This is a bi-annual doujin comics convention, with more than 80 percent of the material sold is catered towards a male audience (wich also make up the majority of the otaku populace)

What are you talking about? The majority of comics sold at comiket are aimed at women. 70% of attendees are women.

They do that every time actually. Usually the halls that have for-women-only doujinshi have their mens bathrooms converted on the days they're there.
That said, Comiket definitely has at least 50/50, if not more in favor of women.
