Well the tools already exist to modify the game, I happen to have a copy of them, and I'm already learning japanese, it'll take a while but I will eventually translate this series if no one else does.
Besides someone apparently already took a shot at it, but the translator/hacker has disappeared once again, so who knows whats going on.
