    i dont know why the praise on this game at all

    it looks quite amazing, but, is this a game, or the evolution of movies were the spectators gets to choose the next available action?

    And i can see there will be a lot of "waggle" on this game. "Wiihaters ps3 only owners" wont like this much at all

    If you've seen the movie "Avatar" by James Cameron, then you might get an idea about why this game is probably going to be revolutionary (Well not revolutionary, but something close to that!).

    Think about it: Instead of watching the film progress on a linear based path which you have absolute no control over and when you know whats coming around every corner after watching the movie once, this game gives you every possibility of making the movie controllable, changeable, and so much re-playable, it's just something you're able to do.

    Aside from the character map movement controls, this game is as you have said a game consisting of nothing but Quick Time Events from all the gameplay footage they've released so far. Unless they release another gameplay vid that defies that assessment, it'll probably be an entire game with nothing but QTEs.

    Ever play Fahrenheit, or Indigo Prophecy as it's known in the U.S. I believe this is by the same creators. It's basically a game that plays like a movie with quick time events that decide the characters actions. Fahrenheit played surprisingly well.

    If it's the same guys am buying it. Fahrenheit was amazing. It's the first time that i felt i wan on a movie world that was so real but at the same time i was playing and not just watching. They combine it perfectly.

    This Sony check you guys keep talking about is only in Japan. If I recall correctly, the guys that make this game are British, just as the Dante's Inferno and God of War guys are american. In other words, you're only screwed if you're a member of sony's home country.

    There is a Sony Submission Approval process in every region.

    But the nipple thing indeed might only be for the SCE Japan region.

    Other regions have other submission criteria though.

    I've asked it before and I'll ask it again.

    is this check really the fault of Sony? or did Sony just ask them to either *increase* the CERO rating from "B" to "C" or change the images, and the developers opted to changing the images?

    you do get nudity on console games (even when they are released in Japan). But those games do have a CERO "D" rating or higher.

    So far, it seem to me like many of the Japanese console developers who make anime style games, only want to release games that have CERO "B" rating ("C" being a far exception).

    Try going back and look at the comment from the "Star Ocean 4: The Last Hope" developer. He *wanted* to make an eroge, but his boss told him "no way". ( http://www.sankakucomplex.com/2009/01/27/star-ocean-producer-i-wanted-to-make-an-h-game/ )

    Nudity and even sex is *aright* on the console games, as long as you don't show the "private parts" or don't take it far enough to get it an "Adults only" rating, then you are fine. And if Sony or Microsoft try to remove your game, then you have the right to sue them. As long as your game is within the rating standards, they have no right to de-list it.
