PS3 Nipple Action Defies Sony Check

This game is basically to movies what visual novels are to books.

Sony's check is money based. The more money you give them, the less they check.

Reminds me quite a bit of a graphics improved Indigo Prophecy, which was basically a giant quick time event movie but it was not bad like the majority of games that include quick time events these days. We'll have to see how this one turns out.

The Saboteur has nipples too. For free in the PC version but, as expected, they're milking it on the consoles and making it DLC just so you can see nipples and get a couple of "burlesque" dances.

So, it's a 2009 version of "A Fork in the Road" with better quality high-res QT filmlets, where a player makes the selection of which filmlet to watch by pressing the correct buttons when prompted onscreen...next please...:P

From the comments here, looks like a lot of ppl are not looking forward to this game at all. This game is a lost genre - adventure game, probably like Policenauts and Snatchers, you read text, watch anime, do some detective stuff here & there which will alter the next anime and outcome. While FPS is "the" game type nowadays, "no guns no fun", I can understand why this adventure game's sales may not beat any FPS sequal. Someone said here "America ok violence but not sex", it is funny how it is reversed in European tv and movies.

I loved Indigo Prophecy. I am looking forward to this game too. I hope it is like Indigo. Even though it was slow paced a lot of the time, the story kept me going. As for "family friendliness", I think that is a bunch of BS. I'm sick of these companies going family friendly. They shouldn't have to. If parents can't monitor the games their kids play then they don't need to own any kind of game console.

It passed the Sony check because its a western game. If it was a japanese game they would censor it.

It's already been confirmed that the American version will be censored, this trailer is for the PAL (Europe, Australia etc.) game. The same thing happened to Indigo Prophecy/Fahrenheit on PS2. America missed out on nudity and the handful of crappy sex scenes.

Maybe Sony has realized that seeing a woman's nips doesn't destroy one's moral fiber? Naaaah.
