On the other hand, the Nadeko pic is awesome. And don't complain about the boobs, in episode 9 it was shown that she wasn't anything near a DFC.

This. Almost all of Tony's drawings doesn't look like the characters that it should be portraying due to his copy & paste face. His coloring and illustrations are nice but I really wish he would change it up a little bit.

Did his style change a bit? The colouring and detail is still perfect, but the ones shown above seem kinda different (excluding the dakimakura). In a good way though. Or maybe its just me....
No, it's not just you. You're right his style seems to be changing a bit. But if you look at his past works, his art style constantly shows changes here and there, and by changes, I mean improvement.

I guess nobody remembers Shining Tears/Shining Wind. Sega specifically hired Tony to do character designs for those, but they didn't want him making hentai of any of the girls.

That's what I was thinking as well. He did designs for them but can't make them ecchi although some of his pics for his artbook has been more than enough to made them satisfactory in some shape or form without having to make it ecchi at all.
I'd only like to see Taka Tony to do more character designs instead of just hentai. I respect him and all, it's just... after seeing his Shining Tears/Wind artbooks, I think he could also do much more if he wanted too. But that's my two cents.
