That's completely untrue Lucky. In most countries, if you call 911 for something frivoulous, you can expect a bill for it in the mail. For example, stupid fisherman in Canada who get stranded on the ice as lakes thaw have to repay the cost of the helicopter used to rescue them (fuel, the time of the people who fly it etc). And that's if you DON'T get a criminal charge like the American "balloon boy" parents who used Emergency services for their own gain. There are locksmiths for locked doors, dozens of agencies for problem children etc. You may NOT use the police as a free replacement for any of them because you're too damn cheap to pay for what you want. What's more disturbing is your attitude that services like the police are at your disposal to rip off and cheat as you like. Do you have any sense of responsibility or decency? Check out how often real crimes happen and you'll see that one call from you to get a door unlocked would leave victims of those real crimes without help. I'd suggest you grow the hell up.

He's not talking about calling 911. Every police station has a secondary line for non-emergencies. Obviously calling 911 to open a locked door or to respond to a problem child is wrong.

However, the requests on the secondary line are far more lenient.

Well, every mother sometimes find it difficult to deal with the children.
When I was young, my mom always said not to play at night but I played anyway.
Because in my family, there are 3 brothers and 1 sister including me, and all of us love to play. The only console game that we have is only a PS. It's quite hard for us to split the time for playing PS, especially me who love RPG(FF VII, FF VIII, FF IX, BOF4, SUIKODEN 1&2, etc). So sometimes I sneak in the middle of the night to play PS.
Hahahahaha.
Now, I already old enough to understand why my mother keep warned me not to stay awake at night. I find it hard to work when sleepy.
