BAN CHILDREN and not ban people who talk to children online. The children who get online will be influenced into talking to children when they grow up and this will influence the next generation of children. Divide and conquer, deny the children the information of how to drink, use drugs etc. The moral decay is because of children who wander on the internet and got burned and they have no self control so they grow up burning things around them and then they(society) blame people of the internet.
