As much as I love a good DFC every now and then, Horo's design should stay consistent. I just prefer her with a small chest as opposed to having no chest because that's the design I'm use to. If she was a DFC from the start and then she suddenly grew breasts then I would be against that as well.

I'm no DFC'er, but Horo's breasts were fine as they were shown in the first-season anime (but could use some nipples).
It pisses me off when artists aren't consistent, or when managers decree a change in breast size (typically larger) for fan-service / ratings purposes, typically in beach- or onsen-scenes.
If it's increase-ratings week, then add a character with mega-size gazongas (J-Cup Fuuko, or the like), or some loli character, but don't fuck with the original charactrer designs!
