The name of the card is "Playful lovely twin demons".
The rest is too blurry to read. All I can read is "Pay 1000LP."
It's actually "Prank-loving Demon Twins".
He just took "Delinquent Duo" and pasted over the pictures it seems.You pay 1000 life points to random select one card from you opponent's hand and discard.You opponent then selects another card from their own hand and discards it. Of course the card is banned.
And here I thought that this pic was already as cool as it would get.
