LOL... anyone else think that black dude seems totally out of place? It's not just because he's the only black guy, either... he seems as if he was designed by a totally different designer than the others.

Besides him the only other cool characters are the glasses girl, the flipping girl with a staff, the older dude with the combed-back hair and stubble... damn, why are the side characters always cooler looking than the main characters in FFs??? The cast is always like a bunch of lollipop goofs with too much magic hair gel surrounded by a bunch of regular cool people that are there just to make the goofs look more goofy! lol

what happened to the cool final fantasy music? I remember music from earlier FFs being a lot more epic, hyped up, and fitting with the game... this music makes it seem like this is a romance simulation game or something. From Latin opera stuff in FFVIII to soft typical jpop stuff in FFXIII? I had a lot of problems with FF before, but this... just makes it all seem like it's become literally a very expensive soap opera.

I've only beaten FFVI, VII, and X btw, and played VIII. Lost all interest after X disappointed me even more than VII did. If nothing else, I admit the series has some awesome music.

Look, why not anticipate it for the goddamn gameplay rather than for the split-second flashes of fanservice you can only see in the freeze-frames anyway? You KNOW there'll be 200 h-doujin of it out within a few months anyway.

The graphics doesn't look to have improved much from FFXII...
