Condemnation of school romance has led to some spirited support of the rights of children to experience romance and the inevitable sexual relations which are a natural part of this.
The Yahoo! questioner voiced disapproval at youngsters brazen enough to succumb to their natural hormonal drives:
“Aren’t these brats annoying when it comes to romance? I think love for kids in elementary and middle school is too early!
With the age of sexual activity becoming lower it invites sexual diseases and pregnancy. They should be forbidden from love and sex until old enough to marry. Worry about love when you are ready to worry about marriage!”
The children in question soon gave the questioner a piece of their minds:
“Love is necessary for elementary and middle-school children.”
“Age is irrelevant. By dating you can gain expeience which allows you to better understand your partner.”
“Don’t underestimate the capacity of kids for love!”
“You didn’t have any romantic experiences at school did you?”
2ch sums up the opposition to school romance as “the tears of virgins.”
Love is a confused clusterfuck in English, since there is so many different types of love sharing the same word. Love isn’t always sexual, but it can be.
Sexual urges are one of the strongest and most universal urges people have, and is consequently one of the most dangerous. (autoerotic asphyxiation for example) Some people exploit it to look like heroes, and try to vilify any repression of urges they can make a sympathetic case against.
We need some restrictions in place, since sex can get addictive very easily. A libido tends to demand more as it’s fed more. Starting early makes it easier for someone to get “hooked.”
Childhood romance should at least be so pure as shown in anime (except Kodomo no Jikan of course, I think that this manga/anime shows the problems children face when growing up and the increasing numbers of girls who get fertile way too early (and earlier than all those generations before them) is its well portraited main theme (although the situation might change if the borderline is crossed and ends up in an illicit relationship…))). Boys never get eager that early as at an age of 10 to start a relationship with a girl but rather see them as friends/comrades.
The girls however may be able to bear children at that age already and they are eager to get into a relationship with a boy (the eagerness tends to increase in the following years) leading to unintended sexual relationships although the most boys won’t be able to impregnate a girl before the age of 12/13(you guys know what I’m talking about

Still,maybe children should be seperated at that age to prevent unwanted pregnancies by splitting them into boys schools and girls schools,that would be the easiest solution to the problem.
