The makers of Bijin Tokei, a clock widget/app that features comely Japanese girls (“bijin”) holding up a clock for every minute of the day have announced that they will now be focusing on Bisei Tokei, which will feature seiyuu instead.
The original Bijin Tokei clock had some 1400 different pictures of bijin holding up a sign showing the user’s current system time, updated each minute.
For the Bisei Tokei (美声時計 – “Beautiful voice clock”), the developers promise the same, but this time featuring photographs of seiyuu, as well as a voice feature, lacking in the original Bijin Tokei.
Just which seiyuu they intend to include is not known…

It’s called walking. His arms were moving as he walked and the pic was taken at just the wrong time to make it look like he was groping himself for the camera or something.
