Even if she was just passing by with her son, she must have had to get a good long look into that man's kitchen to see that he was completely naked. If you want to get technical, when you look at something, the light is coming to your eyes. Vision isn't something that you can project into someone else's home. But going by that pedantic explanation, there should be nothing wrong with peeping from your own or public property, because you're just viewing light waves that are right in front of your eyes, not invading anyone's privacy.

In your country, getting a gun is easy as heck, and it is your constitutional right to own one to defend yourself, as you say, and you can shoot anyone who trespass on your property, mostly without having to check if they are actually dangerous first. Seeing as how you've allowed your country to become as violent as it has, the need to protect yourself is understandable, but to prevent it from becoming like that, you shouldn't have had such easy access to guns in the first place, and it only creates an evil circle, not to mention the "shoot first, ask questions later" policy in your homes is fuckin' ridicilous! And police send a fucking SWAT team just to get some damn robber, and pull a gun just to pull over a speeder. Christ.
