Sexy witch action game Bayonetta seems poised to become a hit thanks largely to Bayonetta herself, but the game also shamelessly includes something for the lolicon demographic in the form of young Cereza here.
Whatever moe qualities she may have had on paper seem not to have survived the transition to 3D.
It seems unlikely they will be winning many followers with her, which is perhaps a lost opportunity from the moe marketing standpoint…

Bayonetta is about the most disgusting creature I have ever seen in a game, and I just saw the Left for Dead 2 trailer. Sex might sell, but there's nothing about Bayonetta that is sexy. Yeah, she gets naked, but it's about as bad as seeing a female body building champ with massive silicone implants get naked. I'll pass every time. And the loli child... She's not winning any beauty shows.

Some of us use "moe" for "so cute and pitiful it's triggering one's protector instinct", rather than "so cute and pitiful you want to fuck it". Example of the former: newborn ugly-cute kittens.
