You can. For windows vista and 7, you can get the theme online and download it. For XP, you'll have to download it and install some of the sounds yourself. But doesn't take that long to do. You can find it on /rs/ or for me, I found it when I went to desudesu scanlation blog
I tried installing to Vista and it kept telling me it wasn't a proper theme. I even got past the issue of Vista requiring MS signed themepacks and still no dice.
If anyone has any idea how to get it to work please post.

They are 2134x1200
Although a rather strange choice on microsofts part as I can't imagina any monitor running this natively it is big enough for 1920x1200.

Lol got the themepack and I gotta say I like it xD but soon I'll probably just revert back to my good old loli theme xD But even so I'd so be using it at school when they install W7 on our PC's heck I might even try to run it on Vista in Monday xD

Well it's not anything special. It's just a normal W7 theme with a loli background though I have to admit my fav lolis are too cute to be beaten by Nanami xD At least I like them more than her probably xD
