this is one reason to not hate xbox360 and its users. i don't really care for them but in this case, we need to thank them.

XBOBX360 BETA MACHINE NOOB !

I greatly enjoyed Beta testing the copy I borrowed off my friend for free.

Now release it in the states, Namco, so I can pay $60 for the full game.

No doubt it will do better on PS3 in the US too.

I say that they should just allow microsoft to release the new content of the ps3 version as a downloadable update on the xbox... Of course that would kill the ps3 versions sales so hence it won't happen guaranteed. And if it did Microsoft would prolly label it an expansion and charge 20$ for it. I'd enjoy replaying the game with the new stuff (or stuff removed from the original) but I'm not willing to buy a new system to try it! So jaa it really irritates me x3

I dont ever recall this flame war with the NES/SNES era. We were lucky we got descent arcade ports just so we wouldn't have to Dump our lunch moneys in the Arcade, but now days.. WOW.. Beta this. People dont seem to enjoy their games any more and get their money's worth. I'm still playing Oblivion for 360 and Metal gear solid for PS3 and other games i have not completed so i think i'm getting my money's worth with every purchase. I'm enjoy'n the experience but for you trolls out there nitpicking about a port of a game a year later then show me some sort of financial loss of your stock investment in Microsoft, or the company who made the game cuz that's the only reason u should even be bitching about.

it's hilarious bullshit like this that makes me glad I don't own ANY console. The minute the Internet and hard drives became available you knew they were going to fuck the goat - patches for consoles, firmware updates, etc they're all bullshit. A console should JUST WORK. 24/7.

I play my video games on a PC, where upgrades and progress are a known factor, and when any company tried shenanigans like this, they'd be demolished by piracy.

It's official, Bandai-NAMCO are the biggest bastards in the game industry. Between the nickel and dime DLC-whoring and the acrobatics they pulled to screw over 360 customers, it would take a miracle for anyone else to make a sleazier name for themself.

Well, for all people complaining about the "beta test", get used to it. Ports of a game with new content happens a lot, it has been like that for the last what? 20 or so years? Its interesting to see people even talking about suing namco, but they defend their beloved micro$oft to the death, even tho they have been through 3 hardware revisions to fix a problem that should never have existed in the first place.

well anyone in their right mind thought ToV was going to stay exclusive must have been delusional since it is a JRPG and japan is dominated by the wii and ps3.IF you 360 fans want to blame anyway direct it towards M$ since they clearly knew this was going to happen but said nothing of it like every other xbox "exclusive" are actually timed and also your fanbase for not supporting JRPGs enough.
