~3000- ones that come with magazines. No nudity, one side only, and typically crappy material
~8000 - ones sold by licensed companies, typically with no nudity. A few doujin circles sell at this price as well.
~10000 - ones sold by licensed companies, with nudity, although usually no genitals shown. Some more doujin circles sell at this price, though usually at events.
~12000 - Common price point for doujin circle ones, though typically cheaper fabric
~14000 - Common price point for doujin circle ones, sometimes cheaper fabric, sometimes expensive fabric, depending on circle
~16000 - Common for the most expensive fabric (two-way tri-cut) for some circles.
Dakimakura from circles are usually quite difficult to acquire, even in Japan. You either need to get them at events (which will require standing in line for 3+ hours - some groups typically sell out in 5 minutes or less), or mail order them directly whenever the group decides to do so. That usually involves a 2-3 month wait. It may be easier to get them via auctions or a store, but that typically involves at a 40% to 200% price increase.
The above is just for the covers. The pillow bodies themselves seem to run around 4000 to 5000 yen.
