Sankaku Complex is now maintaining an official Twitter account; anyone is welcome to follow the site and keep track of updates with it.
The account will reflect all new posts and any other relevant developments, so it may be of use in situations where the full feed is not appropriate. It also provides a useful platform for fans of the site to connect with one another.
For your convenience, and to better accommodate Twitter’s draconian character limits, the URLs to Sankaku Complex posts are tweeted in relatively memorable short format links (like so: http://sankakucomplex.com/pig) – you can also be sure you are getting a link to the site and not some unfortunate other destination this way.
Some further integration of Twitter functionality into the site may follow, but rest assured the primary emphasis is on developing our own community functionality, so nobody need feel obliged to use Twitter if it does not appeal – though popular, it does at times elicit polarised opinions, and may in exceptional cases prove fatal.

Looks like we have the same thing in common for these kind of sites.
These make-a-friend-sites only waste your time coz you will only find yourself getting annoyed by some unknown person wants to befriend you and you can't stop staring at people's comments about something useless and irrelevant. I'd say these kinda sites is only for attention whores and the likes.
Topics, articles, news, and forums are far more informative and educative, therefore I like them.
Actually, FB forbids the user from adding unknown people. But of course attention whores and bratty teenagers don't care~
yes i also agree it's a waste of time and life.

Yea, most of my classmates (if not all)stay in FB for hours, doing a lot of useless things (checking the fortune horoscope for example).

I'm totally fine with FB, I have an account but i hardly even use it despite i left my log-in status active all the time. One thing that i really hate about this social network thing is that you'll end up getting spammed by your "friends" with "Foward This To 40 People" kind of messages.

Aren't RSS feeds the same thing?
Twitter is mostly about the conversation (though it's really flexible in that it can be used however you want). Even if it's an account mostly to promote or create a new feed for your site, you can get a lot more from it if there's personality behind it and you start conversing with people.
Agreed, whats so hard about putting the website on your favorites (bookmarks) list and just check in on it from there.
Well we have to wait and see what Artefact & Co tweets about.
