Misaka Mikoto High Kick Panchira Figure Legendary Quality

The famed BiriBiri “panchira” scene from A Certain Magical Index/Scientific Railgun has been made into a figure, and the results are quite spectacular, though perhaps not in the intended fashion.
Fans could be forgiven for not recognising this character, but it is assuredly supposed to be Misaka Mikoto.
Worst of all is perhaps the ¥9,429 price… The figure, by Taki Corporation, is due for release in November.

Though Taki Corp. usually has less than satisfactory releases, I don't think this figure has a place among them... at least when compared to what monstrosities we've seen in the past.
Transitioning the sculpt from a scene or single cel is pretty unique (and difficult) but looking at the actual image, the figure is relatively accurate. Misaka's face doesn't look solid from all angles, but the pose is energetic and dead on IMO.
Apparently, she's also castoffable, which would begin to justify the price.

The resemblance is strik-... no, sorry, it doesn't quite look like her. The face appears odd at all angles besides the intended one.

however the figure, I'm not so sure i would fork over the $$ fer something that wouldn't hold up against the other higher quality stuff i like/prefer.
I move that we stop using the word "legendary" to describe things that suck. That would (hopefully) help to reduce the snark factor of the internet by at least 11 points.
