Shota Rape Teacher Gets 7 Years

sexy-megane-teacher-panchira.jpg

A female teacher charged with the statutory rape of a schoolboy has been given a 7 year prison sentence.

shota-sex-teacher.jpg

The woman, a 29-year-old science teacher at a school in Biloxi, Mississippi, was found to have had a consensual sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy at the school, though he was not one of her pupils.

Authorities getting wind of the improper relationship charged the teacher with statutory rape, as her partner was underage.

A court convicted the woman, and a judge sentenced her to 7 years, but then suspended 6 years of the sentence, meaning as long as she can restrain her shota raping tendencies she will serve only 1 year.

She is also being forced to pay a $1,000 fine, register as a sex offender and surrender her teaching license.

It is hard to imagine a male teacher in the same circumstances receiving such a generously suspended sentence…

We rarely get to see the face of the sex offender, so this is kind of different.
I usually just base it on the anime pic of the post, and think, "wow, what a hawt story."

But if you ask someone who doesn't know anything about law, they'll probably answer 18 (like 95% of italian population... ignorant fool, ohohoh XD)

in germany its legal to have sex if you are underage, but not adult with underage.it is possible that teenager have sex, but it is forbidden if a 16 year old has sex with under 14 year old. it does not make sense in my opinion, cause most teens here fuck with 15-16 years.
i received a blowjob as a 18 year old from my 14 year old girlfriend back then, and her father was a Police seargent. he didnt mind ;)

First: it is not relevant if she becomes pregnant or not. Rape is rape.
Second: she can't make you pregnant, thats right, but she can make herself pregnant using you. So if youre unlucky you maybe have to pay for the rest of your life. EVEN if she is sent to prison. Third: she can abort, but you cant. Even if she raped you and got pregnant she can decide to keep the child and you have to pay nevertheless.

The REAL general argument is that: if I can't have it then you shouldn't either.

Mental = I want to have sex with my teacher

Emotional = Having sex with her will feel really good

Maturity = If I can have an erection and cum then I'm mature enough

Consent = If we both agree, then it's ok

He asked whats the problem so i answered. that would be the general argument for statutory rape.

i would say that before you pat yourself on the back too hard, the argument for statutory rape tends to look deeper than that.
you may want to have sex and think it will feel good, but do you have the maturity to tell whether your lack of experience is simply being preyed upon. do you know enough to know this is what you really want or are you simply being manipulated by trust in an older experienced person. you can't take it back afterward. if you get buyer's remorse (and that DOES happen in cases such as these), there's nothing that can be done, you've been preyed upon.

for all you constantly whipping out retorts of equality, if this were a case of a 29 year old male teacher "preying" upon a 15 year old girl, even if they claim the girl consented, would you be so forgiving? i would be willing to bet not so much, even if you claim you would be for the sake of keeping up appearances.

to be fair i do believe teens aren't as stupid as is generally thought. different teens are of different levels of maturity and i think that should be taken into account. however, don't simplify what is actually a reasonably complex web of issues. if anything it shows how much thought you've really put into the issue.

ok here is my view on this

--you may want to have sex and think it will feel good, but do you have the maturity to tell whether your lack of experience is simply being preyed upon--

do many adults? people are fucking stupid everywhere. as a kid, no, not even a kid, as a teenager, and 15 none the less, and on top of that male, you don't care what it is about you that made that person want you, you just want them too, for varying reasons.

--do you know enough to know this is what you really want or are you simply being manipulated by trust in an older experienced person--

the kid was 15, that argument is the one you use for real pedophiles, who convince a 10 year old girl to have sex with them.

and again do adults know that?

--you can't take it back afterward. if you get buyer's remorse (and that DOES happen in cases such as these), there's nothing that can be done, you've been preyed upon.--

that again, is another defense for a woman having sex, not a male. as a man you may have that the fuck did i do her for feeling, but its part of being sexually active.

and about if it was a girl and a man, i wouldn't have cared at all. i mean, sure, id say did he use a rubber or is she on the pill, but we haven't "evolved" passed a 20-30 life expectancy, we don't not get out periods till after collage and we don't not get our boners in our 20's

we are emotionally stunted because adults like seeing us as innocent, they don't want to think there 12 year old daughters is dripping wet for whatever boy band is popular but they are. and adults treat boys who are horny like a fucking demon and "HOW COULD YOU GET A BONER AND POP IT OFF"

where i live my friend who was 16 had a 15 year old girlfriend, and they broke up because she was a phyco manipulative bitch who though the wold revolved around her, and he couldn't have any friends she didn't approve of (damn near ever one, except the one she thought was hot) and after words, he lived every day in fear that he would be charged with statutory rape, until almost a year later he was... kind of. he was charged with it, but other than a fine, nothing. i still don't get why nothing more, and i'm thankful that nothing more happened. they fucked, and the bitch tried to get revenge.

    And adults do?
I'm not really sure about the rest of you, but nothing special happened to me when I hit 18. I didn't suddenly felt "ready" or "emotionally prepared" or whatever.

I don't see what the problem is. A human past puberty has already developed to be emotionally independent. They cannot be easily manipulated by adults and they are smart enough to know what they are getting themselves into.

It's silly how society tells this boy that he was abused and raped, even though his own decisions lead to it. Who do they think they are to tell him that he is too stupid to give consent? I bet that an experience like that would have far more serious consequences to his mentality than having sex with his teacher. gg, moralists. I bet you all sleep happy, knowing that you've put an evil criminal behind bars and avenged this poor exploited boy.

You have got to be kidding me. Way to pick the most idiotic hypothetical example of defining what is ok. A 3 year old will not want sex nor have a clue to what's going on in the world. Most 15 year old boys in a classroom with a young and hot female teacher will want to bang her.

Though with so many people like you around, and the way the US is so backwards in regards to sex education, the age of consent should really be raised to 30.

I know I'm pissing into the wind since half the people here probably can't buy a beer legally, but whether a child wants something or not is irrelevant. If a 15 year old wants to drink, buy a car, get a tattoo, or enlist in the military, we'd tell them they're idiots and to wait until they're old enough to appreciate the consequences of their actions.

Children (and a 15 year old is a child) lack the life experience needed to weigh what they want to do with what they should do. Add to this an underdeveloped brain and it's unreasonable to expect them to fully weigh actions with unpredictable and long term consequences. That's why children are so easy to manipulate and take advantage of, and thus why there are laws meant to protect them from those consequences and adults who may want to use them for their own gratification.

The fact that he consented only demonstrates this. He either didn't think they'd be caught, which is moronic, or he simply didn't care that she could spend years in prison for their actions. Most likely though, he thought about it for half a second before deciding to block it out of his mind and just focus on the present. It's not that he's an idiot or that he's heartless, but kids generally just don't look that far into the future when what they want is right in front of them.

She likely did think about it, as any reasonable adult would, and decided to do it anyways. That's why she's going to jail and he isn't, and why two teens who have sex are innocent in the eyes of the law, since it's assumed neither of them are contemplative enough to weigh and fully appreciate the possible consequences of their actions.

This isn't exactly a psychological breakthrough. Just ask anybody over 25 who was involved with an adult before they were 16 if they still think it was a wise life decision, or if they'd recommend it to their own children.

"But kids generally just don't look that far into the future when what they want is right in front of them."

Even adults are naive and some don't think about the consequences.

"Children (and a 15 year old is a child) lack the life experience needed to weigh what they want to do with what they should do."

The reason why an individual, regardless of age, lacks experience is because of a limited access to knowledge and social interaction.

That whole post is full of sketchy reasoning and painful amounts of moralfaggotry, but as much as people like you piss me off, I'm way beyond the point where I'd still bother to pick such arguments apart. One thing however, since it's such a hilariously stupid (and very American) misconception:

"15 year old is a child"

No it's not. A 15 year old is an adolescent. And as a matter of fact, at that age you're free to have sex as much as you want with whoever you want in my country, and in most other countries as well...

    Comment by Anonymous
    16:20 12/10/2009 # ! Neutral (0)

"Even adults are naive and some don't think about the consequences."

Of course anybody can make a mistake. Where does that leave us?

We can agree that anybody can make a bad decision so there should be no laws protecting anybody and if a 13 year old girl gets taken advantage of, too bad. She should have known better.

Or, we could say the law should protect everybody, and nobody can have sex with anybody without government permission. If a 13 year old girl breaks the law, she can go to jail because she should have known better.

Or, we can try to take a reasonable approach and provide legal protection for some and not for others. The question then becomes who? There's no practical way to measure whether someone's mature enough for a relationship or whether they've thought through their actions. It can be demonstrated though, that some people are more likely to make long term considerations than others, and that age is a factor.

Ignoring that the brain doesn't reach maturity until the early 20's, if we treated teens as adults as we did in the past (and as some cultures still do), if they had to think for themselves and suffer the consequences of their actions, if they became adults by living as adults and the law treated them as adults and they were over the age of consent, I wouldn't care that he slept with someone older, so long as she didn't use any authority she may have to her advantage. By the late teens it would be expected that he'd have learned through experience to consider his actions. For better or for worse though, the US and most modern countries are allowing children to remain children far longer than in the past.

"That whole post is full of sketchy reasoning and painful amounts of moralfaggotry, but as much as people like you piss me off, I'm way beyond the point where I'd still bother to pick such arguments apart."

How can I get over my moralfaggotry, sketchy reasoning, and hilarious stupidity if nobody picks apart my arguments?

"A 15 year old is an adolescent."

True enough, biologically. In US criminal law the definition varies by jurisdiction, but in practical terms, a child is a juvenile (which itself isn't very helpful since the same person can be deemed a child or an adult depending on jurisdiction and the related crime, ie statutory rape).

As I said, there's no practical way to measure whether someone's mature enough for a relationship or whether they've thought through their actions. All we can really do is pick an age we believe is reasonable and hope. That's why age of consent varies across the US and, as you've pointed out, between different countries.

There is little to no reason for someone to pick apart your arguement because it becomes a rhetorical question. That very question being 'why?'. The obvious answer is 'It's just a matter of opinion' and alot of it is.

The reason why your comment seems to be filled with 'moralfaggotry' as Shuu mentions is because it takes on the 'I believe they are children, they should stay children and Age means how mature they are'. Time and time again I'll say it. Age is nothing but a number. It's only there to be a record for how long someone has lived, but it can be used as a generalized view of a persons development 'BUT' it is not set in stone. You say the 15yr old is moronic or an idiot to have even went through with the act even if he knew the consequences. It's not really moronic. It is only seen wrong because of the law. Without it, it wouldn't be any different to a couple consenting to sex. Therein lies the problem. The age of consent is a double-edged sword. It's there to supposedly protect those who can't decide nor understand implication of sex and relationships. But it also criminalizes anyone who does not meet the age requirement, regardless of how much that person understands about the reality of life. Thus those who are older are unnecessarily stigmatized too. You can almost view it as ADD, in one way, yes that person may have an disorder. Yet they may just be misbehaving alot. You shield and outcast people at the same time. Another e.g. are those with high IQ's. In lamens terms they are geniuses and are special. However in Psychological definitions, they would be counted as abnormal and stray away from normal people, and is thought to not live like normal people.

"As I said, there's no practical way to measure whether someone's mature...between different countries."

Actually...you didn't. You did however make the odd generalization as to when someone becomes mature and how age is some large factor involved. You never once mentioned how maturity was impossible to measure till that last prose of yours. But you are right in saying that there is no way to measure maturity.

I will conclude with this; people do develop at different rates in both mental/cognitive and physical aspects. Even if there are generalized views at which stage a person develops, it does not mean it's right. The term children/child is subjective, therefore labelling people children just because of age is a misguided view. Plus the fact that no matter how old a person is they will still be called a child by their parents (obviously since they are literally their child). Take into consideration that intelligence, wisdom and knowledge are different. Physical factors do indeed play a role of development, but is not the most important aspect in this regard. There's a big difference between conseuality between 2 'informed' parties and rape.

PS. Men will always get the shorter end of the stick in today societies lol.

In 1996, prosecutors in Mississippi sought the death penalty for a child as young as thirteen years old.

Obviously 13 years is old enough to know what to do, so harshest punishment is ok.

Equally obviously 17 years is not old enough to know what to so, because if a 17yr old sleeps with a say 25 year old it is statuory rape.

In other words: The USA are a fucked up country with fucked up laws and fucked up morals.

Didactic exaggeration, how cute that you try to mix different scenarios. I was talking about the one in the article, and it detailed a 15 year old boy.

That's in the middle of puberty, and genetic programming makes them screw anything that has two feet anyway.

Also, people don't suddenly wise up when they get "adult", most do the same as before.

The argument you could use would be something along the line that he can't pay for a family yet, but if they used prevention, there is no real technical problem here.

The rest is social screw up.
