I really like the first one and the ones with a wooden/bamboo theme.
The first one looks high tech, and cool. The nice chair goes good with the hardwood floor.
The wooden themed rooms are beautiful to look at. especially with good lighting.

That person just fails at life. Being the otaku that he is he forgot about picture frames and bought monitors to show his pictures. There is a limit to how stuck up and a showoff you can be. That picture screams "I'm rich!". Why the hell do you need all this crap anyway? One monitor is frickin enough.

You'd be suprised at how much money you can accumulate when you have a decent-paying job, and no social life whatsoever. I can understand why most otaku don't balk at dropping $700 on a pair of headphones, just because they were shown in an episode of K-ON! I'm in a similar situation. While I can afford pretty much anything I feel like buying, it's partly because I don't spend it on anything social whatsoever, such as going places with a girlfriend, expensive clothes, restaurants, drinks, etc., and will most definitely be alone for the rest of my life. It's a trade off.
This is true. Having a decent paying job, living in a cheap but decent area and not having kids/a waifu = more money for you.

they probably work for software companies and stuff like that, probably do most of their work at home, while they watch anime.

You could easily afford all that stuff in a year and a half on a job making 35-40k/yr. You just have to reprioritize a lot of your spending.

Depends. Some things (like loli prostitutes) are dirt cheap there, but all in all Japan is among the most expensive countries on earth to live in.
