I don't think it'll be banned in the US,funimation acquired the licence for the US release for strike witches so I doubt this will be a problem for them.
They'll probably release the censored version though...

As anonymous 12:54 stated,the DVD release of strike witches US version will be unedited and uncensored. Only the streamed episodes on funimation's website will be censored,and that's episode 3 and 4 at the moment.
