Schoolgirls Arrested for Photographing Themselves

Three schoolgirls have been arrested for taking nude photographs of themselves.
The trio, aged 17 and 18, attended a Chiba high school, and like so many of their peers decided to earn some additional income from prostitution.
Using one of the countless mobile phone dating sites which exist to facilitate this trade, they took photographs of their underwear and nether regions using their mobile phones and sent them to a prospective customer, a 22-year-old man who turned out to be under investigation by police in connection with some similar pictures of female high school students.
Some 100 images were involved in the case, all taken by the girls themselves, though how many were actually explicit is not made clear. There was apparently also some pantsu hawking involved.
Police subsequently charged all three girls, including the 18-year-old, with supplying child pornography; the girls explained that they “just wanted some cash as the summer holidays were coming up.”

Yes. If the pictures fall into the hands of the authorities, they'll undoubtedly deem them to be child pornography. It's happening all the time.
Well lets just hope that the cops don't ever have a reason to search your home. Cause if they find the pics they might just consider them child porn just to be dicks. I mean there was that one family that got arrested for developing pictures of the mother breast feeding her nude infant child.
In my personal opinion nude pictures don't necessarily constitute pornography unless they are doing something sexual, if it's just a nude picture then it can be considered art. However all that is ambiguous in the eyes of the law, and it's usually up to the presiding Judge to decide what is and isn't art.

I think all those Idol Dvds Japan has gave others the idea that they can self promote their own images. Seems they are using them to promote the warm parts of themselves (not their souls or hearts) for use which is not good. The Idol Dvd makers setup the photo shoots and made sure the Idol was of proper age best they could and only for photos. I it hard to believe that any girls under the age of 19 could casually as this actually post themselves online then answer calls and go to do the deed with who ever called. Imagine doing that, how is it possible to over come the fear?
