I think many of you are missing the true negative here. Many may see this as some great aceptance and now boys can change sex at will.

How could a child possibly know what he wants? When given the choice, kids almost always choose to do what would be worst for them in the long run.

There's no way the limited life experience of a 9 year old can provide an adequate context for making a decision like this. And if he's not making this decision, isn't it just his parents deciding for him? I just don't think parents should be able to decide their child's gender, especially after the child is born.

He ought to be allowed to live as a boy until he's old enough to decide for himself what he wants to be.

I suppose male-to-female transsexuals do keep their penises, but they get cut open, stripped of their goodies and shoved back inside. It's not a real vagina but it sort of simulates one.

Yes it's totally possible search the interwebs on "post-op tranies" I've seen detailed pictures, there was even a post-op that posed in Penthouse many years back, they can do wonders with plastic surgery. No clue if they can get pleasure from it the same way a woman can tho.
