You're one strange cookie :p I don't exactly know what advice to give you. If you still like the thought of bondage, the only thing I can think of you could do to make sure it's the right thing for you is to get tied up by a real expert (there are local BDSM clubs and associations in almost every area of every developed country - they might be able to help should you actually ever feel like trying that). If it still causes too much physical discomfort for you, you might just somehow be too sensitive for it. There are a few physical/genetic traits that could cause this in some way or another, but I've never encountered someone quite like you, so I don't really know. But I guess in this case it can't really be helped. You should only do light stuff at best then.
　
Regarding the desire to move during penetration: not being able to move is the main turn-on point for sex in bondage for most (if not all) women who engage in it. I might not be able to accurately imagine the feeling, but I've heard and read plenty first-person accounts stating they love it. I understand that female genital anatomy is much more complex than that of males, just like there are no two women who are able to reach orgasm the exact same way, there could be god-knows-what causing you to feel the strong urge to move around at least a little. I'm at a loss of advice here too...

It's not like it was a traumatic experience or anything and ok we weren't exactly experts but i don't think it was because is not my thing.
I like leaving the man dominate me when it comes to sex and that's why i tried this. The whole idea of leaving my body in his hands got me aroused and i guess that's the mentality you need to do bondage. Ok maybe i was tied a little too strong but if i could actually move then he wouldn't like it and maybe i wouldn't ether.
what spoils the experience is that it isn't as easy as you think. Just put your hands behind you back(not in the way the police does it.In the other way we see in bondage) and try to hold them there for more than 10 minutes.You will see that it will get a little painful,numb and it's not so easy. Now if you consider that your whole body is like that and with the feeling of being penetrated(that's kind of unknown to you) on top of that, which makes you want to move a little and it becomes quite hard.
Basically i kind of like the idea but in action is not as good. Maybe the man has to be some bondage expert or something. i don' know.

These are very personal experiences. I've mostly heard completely different accounts in the past. If you say that it's frustrating for you being forced into a position and unable to move for any period of time, that just means kinbaku and bondage in general is really not something for you. In fact, you're in the majority with this. However, many women seek it for exactly the reasons you don't like it. And your boyfriend (I guess he too was inexperienced with these kind of things?) probably made a few mistakes, as you're not supposed to lose feeling in your limbs.
　
It's supposed to be a most pleasurable experience for all participants. If you tried it and don't like it, that is -of course- perfectly fine. Just don't let negative experiences stop you from experimenting. Never lose your curiosity!
