Chinese can have their stuff for inland broadcasting only, they can`t sell this abroad. If they want to export, they have to improve their quality a lot, come with original material and to achieve that more freedom of expression is needed.

I disagree with that. The manner in things are presented are different. When all you do is just take a storyline and copy the manner in which it is presented, that is not creative.
