She goes by Chouzuki Maryou; she's been doing a lot of Queen's Blade cosplay of late. She also does a decent Mai and Morrigan, however Cattleya is a perfect role for her build. Pretty girl and not "too" plump. One of my favourites next to Mizuki Akira, as far as "rique" cosplayers go.
