    I honestly don't see the point over dreading over whether or not you have one system or another, just go and get all three main systems or 5 (if you include dsi and psp) like me and just play every single game you want to without worrying about which system it's on.

    Well I worked at crappy paying Walmart for awhile and during that time I bought the Xbox360, PS3 and Wii, along with coubtless games. So if I can on a shitty budget anyone can. Also so buying this again, loved it on xbox will love it more on PS3.

    Glad I didn't waste time on PS3 or 360, but instead spent the extra time building a time machine.

    Now I am happily enjoying PS2/3 and 360 games on my backwards compatible and vastly superior PS9001 and XCube(Nintendo acquired M$ after 2012).

    That's the parallel world in which Game Gear Portable and Sega Apollo are the only consoles around. Been there, seen that, but didn't like how every other game features Sonic, so I came back to this timeline and settled for this World of Console-Wars.

    Luckily i hated all the tales- installments after Phantasia... but Vesperia will be the first one I'm not getting, oh joy.
    I think the whole series is at its best in anime form rather than videogame anyway...

    The abyss anime was quite boring for me because I've played the game already. It was too by the books.

    Also I just realised that Versperia isn't the first Tales of game to have a loli pirate. Eternia has one too.

    Yeah, after a while, you notice an unfailing pattern in every storyline. Always remember, though, that cliches wouldn't be cliches if they didn't work. Cliches are timeless and I don't think it's possible to make an RPG without cliches. Just about everything within reason has been done.

    But as anime, Tales series would merely be run-of-the-mill. In game form, at least they have the mini-games, explorations, battles and skits.
