“Disabled” Chikan Has Woman Change Diapers for 3 Months

adult-baby

Police have refused to take action against a pervert who tricked a woman into caring for him for months, pretending he was mentally disabled. He had her change his diapers and bottle feed him as though he were an infant for 3 months.

The woman, a resident of Florida, placed an ad on Craigslist offering her services as a childminder.

A man soon approached asking her about “special needs” care giving, telling her that he needed someone to take care of his brother, in his forties, who had been left with the mental capabilities of a 5-year-old after a car accident, along with incontinence and weak arms.

She assented to take care of his brother after being offered $600 a week.

He would arrive himself, as “he knew the neighbourhood”, and spent the days watching cartoons and playing games, whilst being waited on and even bottle fed as though he were an infant part of her family. Because of his toilet troubles, she would change his diapers frequently.

This situation persisted for three months, through which time she never met the man retaining her, though she spoke to him frequently.

Suspicious after erratic payments and curious behaviour, her husband followed him home one day only to see him get into his car and drive off; he tailed the man and soon police were called to his residence.

Confronted, he admitted to the deception, blaming post-traumatic stress disorder. He had no disabilities, having merely acted the part flawlessly for months. He is thought to have been interested in the “adult baby” fetish.

Police however did nothing, saying they could find nothing to charge him with as he had paid for the service.

His caregiver is outraged: “I consented to change his diapers, but I legitimately thought this man needed help. How can that not be a crime for him to come into my house and expose himself?”

Police are useless: “It’s a weird case. It’s really on a borderline of possibly being a fraud. He is perpetrating something there because he’s doing it under a false pretence.”

He apparently attempted the same scam on numerous women in the area. “This is not going to stop unless somebody really does something about this,” say the unfortunate diaper changer.

This appears to be the new tactic for chikan the world over, although at least they are actually arrested in Japan
