Wait, is that a typo or really both just happened to share the same surname?
I've posted a response to this above, but oh well.
They're pronounced the same but "spelled differently" in kanji.
Mugi-chan has two kanji in her Kotobuki 琴吹, literally "piano/string blow", a reference to her proficiency with the piano/keyboard.
Minako-san's Kotobuki has only one kanji 壽, literally "long life".
Damn my kanji input software, I sometimes mix up whenever I'm trying to type Japanese or Chinese. The one I typed above 壽 was the traditional Chinese version, this 寿 (with less strokes) is the Japanese one.
2D's looks better than 3D's

I love it. They're all very cute (especially Ritsu's, Yui's, Mugi's and Ui's seyiuus in my opinion)
And I think these girls should get together and record a DVD (like Haruhi Suzumiya no Gekisou), and the five main should play their instruments live... That'd be pretty cool.

Someone obviously forgot just how much taller Toyosaki Aki is compared to the rest, even if she is bending slightly in the picture - 169cm vs Kotobuki Minako, who I think is the second tallest of the main girls, at 158cm. Such an old picture of Toyosaki, too.
yeah but it just shows how short the average japanese girl is. If 5.5" is tall in comparison...
i thought she was like 6" because if they said she was really tall. lulz
