Whoa, too much clutter on the desktop... don't just keep shortcuts to everything, pick one or two you play often and just leave the rest in the start menu, geez...
Personally, I dump all the shortcuts into a folder. I always sort things out into folders.
If one eroge = $50 and the has 100+ eroge.... hmmm....

This person is quite a character. I usually delete the desktop icons and run games from the start menu, so that the wallpaper isn't plagued with icons. I only keep about ~30 eroge installed on my computer and periodically delete them for new titles. 300 titles...This person must be a VERY dedicate individual.
