The Drawingstyle is comparable to BLASSREITER. You'll see that it is absolutely the same when you look at the hairstyle and the eyes.
Phantom is probably the most interesting and exciting anime from the spring season. Comparable to Black Lagoon and CANAAN. Tough all 3 have their own style and well done story.
Less CANAAN and more Noir. They have the whole assassin/moral conflict integrated into the story. Ein is a lot like Kirika Yuumura, in design, script, and everything.

I have a feeling that the official artists readily know that these images are going to be nude filtered, and so make it easier by making the clothing cling to the body.
This series is amazing, definitely reminds me of Romeo and Juliet. The loli sucks. Sorry, she does. This and bakemonogatari are the only 2 series I am watching right now if that gives you any impression.

Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~ is an anime adaptation of the visual novel.
The older OVA that has been made, well, here is something taken from a review:
"Forget it. It doesn't exist. I refuse to acknowledge the existence of this disgusting three-part OVA which butchers the beauty of the original game and turns it into a pointless bloodfest.
It depicts parts of the first chapter (of three). Instead of a subtle Film Noir, you get a butchering bloodfest with headshots a dozen from screaming killing machines. All the interesting parts from the first chapter are pretty much erased and the personalities of the main characters are twisted beyond recognition."
