    I remember having seen the first AIKa on German TV... god that dub was horrible~

    But that show was so full of awesome... the ear-cancer inducing dub didn't impair the viewing experience at all.

    I saw the image posted and the first few seconds of the trailer and hoped for a second that the anime actually looked like that.

    I am disappointed. I have to say I prefer the at-this-point slightly more retro style.

    The original Aika brought me and my girlfriend back together. We did it on the spot after watching a couple episodes. It's just that hot. R-16 is amateur doo-doo compared to the original. Watched the Aika Zero episode and it's much more true to the original. Win.

    The original OVA series has an overall look and feel I prefer as far as character design and animation---and better looking panchira shots :) ..... Just my personal taste.

    No matter how many times you post 1997-2007 it doesn't make sense. It's like saying James Bond is back in Quantum of Solace after a 6 year hiatus 1989-1995 (Licence to Kill to GoldenEye).

    When you say "after a x year hiatus" you generally quote the most recent period of inactivity (3 years in the case of Aika).

    Whatever indeed. Your a girl right? Haha. Looks like more action then an episode of inuyasha and a better story, even though i muted it. The past aika and najica were very good, a lot better than all the girly gayboy fluff i see them coming out with these days. Though who can blame them their making bank off selling the same damn story over and over, dumb girl meets dreamy guy, girl meets other mean but nice on the inside guy, kisses, 100 books a anime and a lot of wasted money. Dont down originality, cause in your gender you so seldom get to see it.

    I totally agree with the last line. I for one usually hate all the anime that supposed girls love, especially the ones with annoying fans and yaoi.(yes I'm a girl and I hate yaoi, WOW~)

    Pfft I watch animes like Zero no Tsukaima, love the comedy with the pervet-ness that comes with it ^_^b
