He succeed with Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei but failed with Natsu no Arashi.. I hope this one won't be fail..
It has good art. Even the pantsu have so much detail.
After Mio we have another Yomi clone. Well Yomi is amazing so i will check this anime since that girl and the art design look interesting.
OK, there are pantsu, but there's also relatively explicit full-frontal nudity as well. How come that doesn't even get a mention?
I think this anime is the only worthable show of this year.

actually it have a very good animation and the shaft style animation(no more than 5 seconds showing the same character or angle fits very good) also it seems pretty gar.
