They're making these things - shota and oppai mousepads - too useless.
The bumps encasing your wrist make it hard to move the mouse with your whole arm, which is, IIRC, the eronomic way of moving a mouse.
The oppai-pads should have joystick electronics in them (many Mech-type computer games can use, or require, two joysticks).
