Lucky Star Macross Frontier Cosplay Figure Lottery

Rakuten Online Market has announced that their “Lucky☆Star x Macross F” line of figurines will be released this September. As the name suggests, these consist of the Lucky Star characters cosplaying the cast of Macross Frontier.
Considered to be the most “premium” of the prizes that one can achieve through the “Ichiban-kuji” lottery, it is said that the chance of one actually winning one is just 4%, meaning it could cost ¥15,000 to get one (along with a mountain of other trinkets)…
At a cost of ¥500 per draw, entrants could in theory walk away with:

My calculations were done presuming a "large number" of lottery tickets: total tickets >> bought tickets. Then the probability of getting what you want looks like:
x= 1 - p^i where p is the probability of not getting what you want, and i is the number of attempts. Given p=96%=0.96 and i=15000$/500$=30, x is approximately 0.70, or 70%. The reverse solution is:
i = ln(1-x)/ln(p) with the same variables. Given a 95% certainty (x=0.95) and p as before, You get i = 73.385, meaning 74 tickets = 37,000 yen to get that 95% certainty. For 99.9% certainty, you'd need to buy 170 tickets... but here the number of tickets is starting to grow so big that this method of calculation is no longer completely reliable.
If one were to look for a 100% chance, the calculation would look radically different. You'd have to buy all of the tickets, minus how many of the thing you want they have, plus one. With less tickets, you'd always have the chance of getting exactly everything except what you want.

¥15,000 is for a whole set. Total of 100 prizes including 16 top prize of the above(4 each). So maybe people can order and share the loots.
The only "set" that I have seen Banpresto advertising is the 100 box ¥80,000 deal. You get a case of 100 boxes and you're assured of getting 4 of each main character, 16 of the next category (some weird Kogami Akira thing and that yawning/sleeping cat from Lucky Star), 20 of the customized mini-valykyries (5 of each), and 48 of the additional girls in nyan-nyan waitress cosplay.
The individual boxes are selling for ¥800 a pop here at local stores, so you're not getting any kind of discount other than the fact that you'll be sure to get a set amount of everything. I guess one could in theory try to sell back the extras or something to a shop or on ebay, but I doubt you'd make all your money back.
