Live-Action Naruto Cast Announced

Universal Studios has revealed the live-action cast for their adaptation of fish-cake ninja anime Naruto, pictured above.
The actors have been selected for a stage-play to feature at the Universal Studios Japan theme park.
The play will begin in late summer and run until the end of August and will feature animated video sequences as well.

Of course, this does not necessarily mean that Universal has any plans for a live-action movie adaptation, though we can but wonder; Hollywood and others certainly do have their eyes set on other adaptations…

Last year they do exactly the same for the summer. Maybe, the only thing new this year is the cast.

Why cant they allocate more money towards the budget of these adaptions as well have at least the orginal artist watch over the whole production to keep the authenticity of the film. They take some of these adaptions and give them to production teams that havent even a clue about the anime or manga, nevermnd an interest in it at all. They only think about the turnover never really about the fans as they are the most important thing in this as if they are impressed and enjoy the adaption they spread the word within there societies filtering through even further. Just consider the what the fan will think at all times. I believe if you use people who loved the original work and are put onto the production team they will put in that extra to make that adaption what it was meant to be.

Really have to agree. How did so many of you plain miss the actual point of the article? It's not a freaking movie, it's not some version of DB-Evolution. It's a damn stage play.
Which isn't uncommon at all. I know there have been Sentai ones for years, and I remember a Inu-Yasha(I hate the property) that actually didn't look so bad.

Besides Tsunade(bland, not attractive) and Sakura(Always has been bland), I can't see anything wrong with the actors for the play.

This is Hilarious. Sakura looks like grand ma, Naruto looks like monkey, Tsunade is old and Flat chested And Garra looks so funny(I don't know how to describe it). This whole show is gonna be the comedy show of this Century.
Naruto anime is already funny and boring enough now with all the lazy works(fly, fly, fly), (talk,talk,talk in middle of hokage level fight) and crack weird jokes in the most serious situations hahaha.... UUUUhahahahahahahhh..........
