It seems the designers did however not feel up to placing the characters over the flies of the boxers, though some wearers will likely just wear them back to front.
The pantsu are set to go on sale in mid-July, exclusively through Chara-Ani by the looks of things. You can pre-order them now, though a proxy is likely necessary.
