Question. Did they make out in the novel? Judging by the anime it seems very probable that Horo is a "second-hand good".
Yes and you're wrong. They have a kid together and run a bath shop called "Spice & Wolf", but Lawrence was actually her first.
First season was meh, but it still got me hooked on the sequal. After watching the 00 episode, I can't wait for then next season to start.

Lawrence is not very memorable, and doesn't really do anything extraordinary, but I think that's the point of his character: it's easy for viewers to substitute ourselves into his shoes - if he can receive the affections of a wolf goddess, then so could the viewer if thrown into the same situation.
I thought the conversations about economics/trading between them were quite interesting. I do prefer talky anime and this was great. Not just characters sitting around being moe-some.

watching 00 was entertaining and sweet. horo's realisations & subsequent actions & emotions would have been better portrayed if there was more narration by her, as such was the case in this side story of the novel series.
that said, cant wait for July to arrive!
