Another case of public idol exhibitionism by the looks of things, again involving someone’s underclothed pet idol. Why she is loitering in the street like that is anyone’s guess, though it seems obligatory…

A possible explanation would be that she escaped from the improbably frank (and inexpensive) establishment advertising on the sign behind her, which is offering low priced paizuri and other specialties.
