2. True China Quality indigenously made knock-offs

We get a lot of fake clothing from China here in Czech Rep. It's okay as long as there's quality - the main purpose is to have clothes to wear, not to have a company's logo on it. With trousers, it's usually okay.
But shoes are a problem - if the shoe is bad quality, it will cripple your foot and that will affect your whole body, because you stand on it, it will throw off your balance and blah blah... it's just bad.
