Mio's alright, but overrated

What is getting annoying are the increasing cut scenes of cats, balloons, statues etc. No cicada's on trees or ants eating a dead butterfly yet but we'll be there soon.

I'm quite happy about this. The panthyshot is completely unnecessary (and not particularly exciting) in the first place, and I'd rather have a clean show the entire way through than get one random scene.

I actually lol'ed pretty hard at that scene, and that was with no expectations in advance. I don't see why people get so worked up, it was just Mio's panties... In my mind, it was a brilliant way to handle it, and I bet KyoAni thinks so too, judging from people's reactions. Bet they're laughing their asses off at how serious people take this shit.
