I like to call my kind of nipples "Top Hat Nipples"
They have to protrude outward, either ball-like or cylindrical, and stand out from the areola. Areola shouldn't have bumps, shouldn't look faded, and should be clear and visible. I don't really care if they're pink, I just tend to like them dark.
3 or 4 of them fit that category, but I decided to go with 12.
It's tough trying to ignore the rest of the breasts though. Some of the nipples are ok, but the breasts and the women that own them in these pics scare me. Maybe it's just the style of the photos, though.

That's a broad generalization. "Asians" is just an American term. While it is kinda valid to not be pendantic (the same way people use European for communication's sake), you should avoid it in serious statements like that. Some asians do have pink nipples/pussy naturally, much to the same way darker Europeans (southern Europeans) may have darker (brownish) nipples/penises/etc.
I prefer the more scientific sounding term "Yellow Races"...
