Yep there's definitely something about her legs, they seem longer than normal and her head also seems kinda bigger than the torso... Nevertheless, even with that she's as cute as usual.

Well, it's been my general observation stage makeup isn't very flattering at close distances (whereas it's intended to make facial features stand out very well for people who might be far away from the stage); in fact I found the fact that their makeup looked liked that a nice subtle touch.

I agree with the main point that they don't look very good with it, though appropriate in that instance.

Because given name then surname is the format used for English? I suppose if you want it in the eastern style, it can also be all left in kanji and kana as well.

There are things that are not supposed to be translated. Leaving it in romaji is way better and not so confusing. In my country surname goes first too, so i'm good with japanese standard. The names are supposed to be written the same way as in the country he is in.
Also, imho, surname is more important, so it should be first (simple logic).. dunno why is american logic so twisted.

We are writing in English, so we use the English custom, not some inscrutable oriental one.

And any self respecting westerner will tell you it is the first name which is more important than the surname.
