I don't understand what makes Mio the most moe character yet. What does it take to be the most moe? What makes her so popular already and so full of win to so many?
To me, she just seems like your typical female anime character. That happens a lot with younger characters in anime, designed for younger audiences (or old creepy otaku), at least older male and female characters tend to have more variety that makes them stand out and makes them easily recognizable. I just feel like I've seen this same character in many other anime but under different names.
Also, are these moe characters fappable? Or do people just like to look at them with :3 faces or heart eyes while winding out ".....ahhhh moeeeeeeeeeeeee...... kawaaiiiiii neeeeee..........." (it's so hard to imagine a guy doing this, especially one that isn't Japanese) and just stare at them with their mouths gaping?
I don't think I'm the only one thinking like this, so here's the chance for someone to help spread a little understanding.
