A charmingly original depiction of tsundere Toradora! heroine Taiga Aisaka standing beneath the boughs of a cherry tree, set against the sakura. For good, if inexplicable, measure, she is wearing sukumizu.
Below you see the pantsu-reclining version, titled “Graduation”:

This fine artist, Fusataka Shikibu, describing himself only as “a person who draws”, has only these three works to credit at present, though fans will doubtless hope he rapidly expands his portfolio from here on.
His Pixiv profile.
Thanks are due to Rinfinite for introducing him.
If the title didn't have Taiga in it I would have never guessed it was her. Great art, but it just doesn't give off the Taiga vibe.
No offense but all of Taka Tonys art styles are pretty close the same, the only thing that he didnt do on this picture is give her a bigger bust than usual. It's not Taiga, it's not anything close to any character i've seen, until he's changed the; Ego, the look of her eyes and height, even her school uniform is off. I wont accept it.
T2 isn't the artist.
Taiga went to a private school during her third and final year of high school. She showed up in the last episode in this uniform towards the end to surprise Ryuuji.
the way he drew Taiga eyes remind me of T2 style
I suppose I'm the only one who can reccognized her as Taiga without reading the title. I seriously think taiga's character design from the manga is much better than from the anime.
fapafapfapfap
OMG ..wtf guys ..chill on ..this and that ..of course it's not completely Taiga ..thats the beauty of it..it's called fan art for a reason ...so enjoy the flaws and talent ..
kind of reminds me of uni p-girl
i love the art~ i'll add him to my hit list ^_^
This is better than the original version!
I see Taiga as hot.
Though, I didn't like the anime because the ending was lulz.
also, the plot. I mean, seriously, it's predictable.
i love the subtle tones of this piece, I do hope that he does alot more, either that or release some of his previous work.. ( didn't like the anime... so don't care to much if it doesn't look like her in every detail...i just love the art..)
I'd help her graduate...if you know what I mean.
I first thought this is Tony Taka...
This artist is shit.
looks more like megumi from special A
the eyes? what happend to the tsundere eyes?
Same design as T2?
O.O (The eye)
should show some more parts of her body
OMG it's Taiga's long lost sister Raiga.
`Where have you been sis ?'
`Swimming......in the..sakura tree'
If this isn't Taka, then may Taka do a better job. :|
Better than original one!
i'll pass on this... should be more ami-chan...
*ahem*
Wtf is all ur problems?!
Here we have a great piece of art and < 1% of ppl like it?
"oh, the eye colour is a little off" "she doesnt look tsundere enough"
I mean, criticism is good and all, but now ur just bein immature.
Ashamed! All of you!
*sigh*
its true that it doesn't seem all that like Taiga, but as original art peices, they look great.
that interpretation of taiga A fails in more than 1 way. good painting skills thought
I'll just pretend is an original char and rightclick-saveit XD
holy shit!
Taiga looks more moe and mature <3 <3 <3
Do better cocksucker...
I think the arts great, just missing the top of her hair that sticks out. Now that's what would make her appear more like Taiga.
Its ok i guess.
This really is awesome. I love this interpretation of Taiga!
I agree it's not 'classic traditional' style Taiga. She doesn't have the sexy-cute Tsundere stare. Perhaps one could call this "Taiga - college years?" She does look a bit older and more 'womenly' and perhaps 'softer'- which is NOT the Taiga so many have grown to love- But it's a very cute and beautifly drawn "Elseworlds Version"- lol.
In fact, I actually think that Taiga is at her best when she acts more dere. She's one of the few characters that practically makes my heart melt, like that.
I completely agree with you, and that's why her tsundere personality is so important. Since she isn't always so sweet, it makes those scenes more powerful.
Regarding the adaptation of Taiga on this drawings, normally an artist tends to design another artist's character on their own way. Maybe he/she isn't used to drawing lolis (I know that Taiga isn't one in terms of age, but don't deny how she looks) or doesn't like it and ended up doing it on his own way. It's not the best adaptation out there, and that's why I don't like it as Taiga, but it's not bad.
Personally i hate that this can be claimed to be Taiga. It's nothing like her... at all.
Wrong eyes (colour for a start), taller (at 17, she aint getting any taller) and she'd have to become pregnant to grow anything LIKE that chest.
I'm quite sure that girls can still grow taller until they're 21.
Woot! Really nice art style but at 1st glance you wouldn't think its Taiga, and I honestly thought it was T2s work.
It's purty (yeehaw), but it lacks personality. That's a criticism I lob at Tony too.
I went to the Sakura Matsuri in Washington, DC a about a week or so ago. Sadly, I saw nothing like this when I was there.
sukumizu...this artist is now my favorite :D
It looks more like Chii from Chobits than Taiga.
Dude... how the hell do you get Chii from this? It's nothing like Taiga, sure... but even less like Chii =|
Only 3 pieces of art right now? Sure to become a popular artist.
Great stuff but I prefer Taiga's original eye color~
i know something was different, just couldnt put my finger on it.. seems to moed up too
Thats not taiga, epic fail, DONT SELL IT AS TAIGA!
Mister # I agree with you.
SHE IS NOT TAIGA !!! CALL RYUJI HERE,HE WOULDN'T RECOGNIZE HER AS TAIGA!
and Ryuji said,"Sorry, wrong person.."
The only Taiga-esque feature is the hair =|
Different eyes... actual boobs... tall...
no, not even the hair
[2] I didn't know it was Taiga until i read the title.
Ah, that would explain why I thought it was someone else completely.
Plus she has tits in this. There was an entire episode, possibly more, dedicated to her in a swimsut, lacking in oppai.
The artist is a traitor =<
She'd stuffed her chest before going out to the pool; that was the main focus of the episode.
