LOL epic fail I guess, though I just started watching Tora Dora and indeed it reminded me too much of Taiga. I believed the article and since I haven't watched Shakugan no Shana nor do I know from which Anime Louise is, I couldn't possibly know this.
As you can see from my post I specifically wondered if these photos are from the aftermentioned titles.
Now I admit that I failed recognizing Taiga but that doesn't mean I can't bitch about lower quality standards on many Anime studios, nor does it say anything about me being (in)capable of differentiating low and high quality animation.
