She looks too old. No, srlsy, not "inb4 too old", it relly looks like she has much too much makeup on.
The eyes are just wrong. They're rounded. The upper area should be fairly flat. Hell even Haruhi-chan has this. Her eyes are too wide open and somewhat show surprise as well.
