A teacher who ordered two of his female students to “place their hands against the wall and stick out their bottoms”, apparently with the intent of spanking them with a racket, has been reprimanded for sexual harassment.
This was after the pair was two minutes late for gym class after tarrying whilst getting changed.
The PE teacher (57) was apparently intent on punishing the pair for being so late, and ordered that they face the wall, place their hands against it and stick out their rumps.
One of the girls obeyed, and he took a badminton racket and went as if to strike her rear with it (it seems he did not actually hit her), and, having amused himself fully, ordered her to join the class.
The other girl refused to assume the position, and he sent her away. She went to the health room, and there confided in a teacher, revealing the treatment meted out by the disciplinarian PE teacher.
The prefectural education board opted to rebuke the teacher, but took no further action.
His chances of being promoted for this act of discipline seem high, for we hear the same prefectural school board recently dealt with a trio of temporary workers at one of their elementary schools by giving them a pay cut and a warning, after they were involved in cutting someone with a box cutter…

Strict old fart or pervert with a teaching license, that man had NO right to do that to those girls. Japanese educational law prohibits corporal punishment (although some teachers still give bonks on the head; I've seen it.) I really wish the board of ed. would grow a pair and at the very least suspend him.

It was still humiliation though. It's all fun and games as long as all parties participate willingly, but the one girl didn't want it and he punished her by sending her out of the gym. That, he should not have done.
At least this time, The reaction of the education board was more or less appropriate (as if they'd ever go much further than rebuking their teachers >_>).

I commend the girl in that image for being able to stand in such a precarious position.
